Shipping Policy

MyPressy offers standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum order size. We want you to have the best possible online shopping experience. Depending on location, packages shipped via standard shipping will be received within 2-8 business days after order is received. Currently, we offer shipping to the U.S only.

Hassle-Free Return Policy

Don’t Love It? Return your item within 30 calendar days of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. As long as it's still in "sellable condition" which means that the item should be unworn, unwashed, and devoid of any stains or tears. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Was It Our Mistake?

If we sent you the wrong product, size or if the item arrived defective, first let us just say, we apologize for that!  We will send a replacement or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed to the original method of payment received.
